The seal is the only part that genuinely wears out. Replace it when it feels stiff or looks flattened.

Parts are size-specific: 27 oz, 40 oz or 47 oz, stamped on the base. A defective part is replaced free under the 3-year warranty.

Which lunch box spare parts can I buy?

Four: the two steel dividers, the silicone seal set, the locking bar set and the replacement lid. Every one of them is sold on its own.

How do I know which size I need?

All four parts are size-specific. Boxes run 27 oz, 40 oz and 47 oz. The size is stamped on the base of your box. Pick the matching variant.

How often does the seal need replacing?

The seal is the only part that genuinely wears. Take it out weekly to dry, and it lasts a year or two. Replace it when it feels stiff or looks flattened.

My box has started to leak. Is that the seal?

Almost always. A box that used to travel lying down and now weeps has a tired seal. A new seal costs a few dollars and fits in seconds.

Is a broken part covered by the warranty?

Within the 3-year warranty a defective part is replaced free. Normal wear on the silicone seal is not a defect. That is why seals are sold separately, cheaply.

Love these containers!

We have been using the lunchbox containers for about a month and love them. We use them as takeout containers when eating at restaurants. When we cook at home, we put leftovers in glass containers, but these lightweight (yet durable!) containers are perfect for carrying around. I take out the ring in each lid and wash that by hand, but the containers go into the dishwasher. We highly recommend these!
