Our Shipping Policy
We want to get you your Blockhütte as soon as possible. That's why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your gear to good use sooner. Blockhütte offers free Ground shipping on qualified orders $50.00 and up shipped within the contiguous United States. We now also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands — see rates below.
We route every package through whichever carrier — USPS, FedEx, or UPS — delivers it fastest and at the best rate.
Reminder: All customized products require additional processing time of 1 business day.
Shipping Options & Rates
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Expedited and Overnight orders should be placed by 12:00 PM CT for quickest delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays.
All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Expedited options may not be available in all areas.

Expedited and Overnight rates are charged per 26 lbs of order weight (or fraction thereof). An order weighing 30 lbs, for example, will be billed as 2 × the listed rate.

Overnight service is not available to these destinations. Free-shipping promotions apply to the contiguous United States only.
Please note: Blockhütte orders weighing 1,000 lb or greater may be converted from a parcel delivery service to a palletized 'Less than Truckload' (LTL) delivery. Customers will be contacted by the LTL carrier to schedule a delivery. During peak shipping seasons, the weight threshold may vary based on parcel network constraints.
Shipping Holidays
Blockhütte and our carriers will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates. Shipping estimates resume the next business day.

Contiguous United States
Blockhütte ships Ground service on all standard shipments within the contiguous United States unless an expedited option is selected at checkout. Please allow 1 business day for processing and an additional 1–5 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Shipping to a PO Box
Shipments to PO Boxes are delivered via USPS at standard Ground rates and timelines. Not all products are eligible for PO Box delivery. Please select USPS at checkout where applicable.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories ship Ground for $20 flat (10–14 business days) or Expedited for $40 flat (3–5 business days). Overnight service is not available to these destinations. Additional surcharges may apply based on weight or insured value of the package; if that happens, we'll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
