Does the thermal coating come into contact with the contents or me?

Neither on the outside, which you touch, nor on the inside of the bottle, is there any coating, as the material used is so high-quality that no coating is needed. Our special thermal coating is located on the outer wall of the inner body to minimize heat radiation and consists of a copper layer.

Both the drink and you only come into contact with food-grade 18/10 stainless steel, not the coating.

Can I personalize my product?

Absolutely - customization through laser engraving is possible for all our products. This isn't temporary; your engraving request is essentially immortalized on the product :) You can find our engraving products under the regular menu and then "Product Name + Engraving" where you can also preview what the customization will look like.

Are all your products BPA / toxin-free?

All our products are annually tested by DEKRA for food safety. This ensures that all your products are 100% okay :) You can also view our certificate on the DEKRA pages! All processed seals, etc., are made from food-safe silicone, which is BPA and toxin-free.

Which of your products are thermally insulated?

Our thermally insulated products include our two water bottles and our thermal container. Our typical lunch box is not thermally insulated.

Can your products be microwaved?

Our products, like all stainless steel products, are unfortunately not compatible with your microwave. The electromagnetic field in the microwave can move the evenly distributed charges in the stainless steel from one end to the other. This can lead to the electricity discharging at the edges of the metal, potentially sparking. Your microwave could likely be damaged. Therefore, you should not place your stainless steel lunch box and other stainless steel products in the microwave.

However, you can certainly put the container in the oven - but without the seal, as it would melt due to the heat. :)

Die Produkte sind absolut top und halten was sie versprechen. Das Essen bleibt im Wärmebehälter über mehrere Stunden warm. Ideal für unterwegs. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Bis jetzt bin ich mit dem Bundle super zufrieden. Es macht was es verspricht und dass ist ja schon mal was. An der Verarbeitung gibts bei dem Preis nichts zu mekkern. Grundsätzlich finde ich halt auch dass Edelstahl ein klasse Material ist.

Die Trinkflasche hält bei Sprudelwasser super dicht also Achtung beim Aufmachen, Deckel gut festhalten. ;-) Heißgetränke habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert aber kalte Getränke sind auch nach 10 Stunden noch angenehm Kühl. Ich kann jetzt aber immer nur von sommerlichen Zimmertemperaturen sprechen.

Der Thermobehälter hält locker bis in den Nachmittag rein das Essen heiß/warm (länger musste er das bei mir noch nicht). Der Deckel bzw. Becher (zumindest hab ich ihn schon so verwendet) ist zwar aus Plaste erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Henkel wäre nice, geht aber auch so.

Im Lieferumfang war bei beiden ne Bürste dabei, schön zu haben ist aber auch nicht wirklich notwendig weil der ganze Kram Spühlmaschinenfest ist (einer der Hauptgründe warum ich zugeschlagen habe). Da gabs bisher auch noch keine Probleme. Die Bürsten ehen jetzt nicht so robust aus, man wird sehen wie lange sie halten. Dazu gabs noch nen Stoffbeutel bei beiden "Kannen", macht für mich aber nur in Bezug auf Klappern (Stahl an Stahl 🤘) und zur Befestigung am Rucksack Sinn. Der "Göffel" beim Thermobehälter ist auf jeden Fall lustig, zur Not sicher auch brauchbar, ich arbeite aber lieber mit nem richtigen Löffel oder ner richtigen Gabel.

Alles in allem bin ich bis jetzt ein super zufriedener Kunde, und kann die beiden Produkte beruhigt weiterempfehlen.
