Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a replacement seal instead of a new lunch box?
Yes, and that is the point of this section. Every seal, lid, divider, cap, stopper, brush, carabiner, spork and carry bag is sold on its own. A seal costs a few dollars; a new product costs thirty or more.
How do I know which spare part fits my product?
Parts are size-specific. The size is printed on the base of your lunch box, bottle or jar. Boxes run 27 oz, 40 oz and 47 oz; jars 18 oz and 34 oz. Pick the matching variant.
How often should the silicone seal be replaced?
The seal is the only part that genuinely wears. With weekly removal and washing it typically lasts a year or two. Replace it when it feels stiff or looks flattened. Or when a container that used to travel lying down starts to weep.
Is a broken part covered by the warranty?
Within the 3-year warranty a defective part is replaced free of charge. Use the exchange form on the help and contact page. Normal wear on the silicone seal is not a defect. That is why seals are also sold separately, at a low price.
Why sell individual parts at all?
Because a product you cannot repair becomes waste over a single missing lid. We only add a product to the range once every part of it can also be bought on its own.
