Warranty Coverage
All products purchased directly through our official website or through authorized resellers are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when the product is used as intended and cared for according to our instructions.
What is Not Covered
Please note that the following conditions are excluded from warranty coverage:

Damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, dropping, or impact

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fading of color or finish

Staining or discoloration caused by strongly colored food or spices

Warping, deformation, or melting due to overheating or incorrect use

Products not used or maintained according to our care instructions

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces
Special Note on Glass Products
Glass bottles and carafes are not included in the standard three-year warranty. However, if a glass product arrives broken due to shipping, we will replace it free of charge, provided you notify us within five (5) days of receipt. Please include clear photos of both the damaged product and the original packaging.
Damage to glass items occurring after delivery – such as cracks, chips, or breakage from inserting accessories into empty bottles – is not covered.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have received a defective product, we’re here to help. Please send an email to info@blockhuette.com and include:

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

A brief description of the issue and when it was first noticed

A clear photo or short video showing the problem
We may ask to inspect the item or request its return before approving your claim. The warranty covers either the repair or replacement of the defective item, at our discretion.
Additional Information
Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as we are unable to process unauthorized returns. We cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We therefore recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for any returns.
This limited warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. It grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state of residence.
